Eggs are delicious, heathy and generally pretty easy to make.  However, it is possible to mess up even the simplest egg dish, the scrambled egg.  Backyard chicken keepers are probably pretty good at making scrambled eggs but that doesn't necessarily mean that we're getting it all right.
